What’s at The Hive Gym?
Our free weights area has all the essentials including 2x squat racks, a Smith machine, 5x benches and dumbbells ranging from 1kg-25kg in double sets, and 1 set of 27.5-40kg.
The cardio section has a large variety of treadmills, cross trainers, steppers, upright and recumbent bikes, rowers and I-trainer so you can get the most out of your workout.
We boast an amazing Spin studio space which houses 24x bikes with a wall graphic of the French Alps to really take you away on a journey through the rocky mountains.

We have a wide variety of programs and classes taught by our professional trainers. Everything from Boxercise, Pilates and Medical classes, to Legs, Bums and Tums and Spin.
