Armageddon is a fitness workout which uses the principles of building strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. Our Armageddon fitness classes use a combination of strength, muscularly endurance, cardio, core, flexibility and functional movement patterns, It challenges your mind, your body, burns the maximum amount of calories and most of all it’s fun.
The Armageddon commences with a warm up followed by a wide variety of interval training including lifting weights, running, squats, body weight push ups/sit ups plyometrics and various types of explosive routines. There are also elements of team work which helps individuals to push themselves a little bit further then working alone.
