What is Pump It Up?
Pump It Up, is a barbell, weight discs and step box workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. It’s a 60 minute class using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition aimed to give you a total body workout. Each class works on a set group of muscles and is a traditional resistance training class proven to get results.
The idea behind Pump It Up is to exhaust muscles using weights and high repetition, the result being lean, athletic muscle. With the aid of motivating/pumping music this class is not only a great way to burn calories it will also challenge you to push past your limit leaving you feeling great and looking forward to the next class.

Classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. Ideally suited for people wanting a challenging total body workout to help burn body fat and get into great shape. Each class is designed so you can choose your level of weights and build up to a moderate level to get leaner and more toned. Beginners are welcome.
What equipment do i need for Pump It Up?
All you will need is comfortable workout clothes, training shoes, sweat towel and a bottle of water.
