What is Bodyworks?
Bodyworks is designed to work every major Muscle in the body without using weights or barbells to burn fat and increase muscle strength. You will be using Body weight based exercises including the use of certain equipment like Step Boxes and Mats.
Bodyworks uses a specific type of training called Max Interval Training which usually burns fat very quickly and allows the body to continue to burn those extra calories. This type of training is great for getting results in short and long term use. This class also works by using high intensity interval training, strength training and bursts of Cardio to increase cardio vascular endurance and get you in to the ultimate shape of your life.
Who can Bodyworks?
Bodyworks classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. But this class is not a workout for the faint hearted, as it will be a challenging and grueling workout that will require you to give your all.
If you are a Beginner you are very welcome to take part in this class, but go at your own pace, building your confidence and fitness levels up as you go. If you have major back or Knee problems this class can be adapted to suit you individually.
What equipment do i need for Bodyworks?
All you will need is comfortable workout clothes, training shoes, sweat towel and a bottle of water.
