I decided to become a fitness/personal trainer having spent years being that person who wanted desperately to lose weight and feel good about themselves, after having children. Having emerged onto the other side, I want to use my skills, my experience and my own journey to inspire others to feel the same.

Fitness and strength building for me is a permanent way of life; getting stronger mentally and physically. I truly practice what I preach; you will find me training most mornings at the Hive gym, if you see me feel free to come ask me anything. My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible.

My philosophy is that exercise can and SHOULD be fun.My goal is to create an environment where everyone feels encouraged and safe to be true to themselves. I hope the empowerment you feel from my classes create positive changes to your lives.
