I have always been involved in physical activity, taking part in the competitions ranging from athletics, football, gymnastics, swimming and rugby. I always work my hardest making sure that I always gain the best possible results from the task ahead.
I have been a personal trainer for over 2 years now, I have always enjoyed helping members and clients in achieving their goals and lifelong targets. This is aided by creating a strong relationship with my clients and ensuring that each and every moment spent working with them is given 110% of my focus and knowledge to ensure we achieve that goal!
I work in the fitness industry to help others achieve or exceed their goals that have been agreed and set between both myself and the client taking into account realistic timeframes and possibly adjusting to SMART targets to gain optimum results. I enjoy seeing my clients or members making positive progress whether this be in their general fitness or a specific area such as weight loss or muscular gain.
I pride myself on ensuring the member or client gains all the knowledge possible from myself, this makes me feel so proud that I can see a part of what I taught that person has gone with them into their future journey in fitness and will aid them in their success.
