My sole focus is to get you from where you are now to where you want to be. I’ve been training for over 10 years both in and out of the gym, having practiced Parkour/Free-Running for 10 years it has given me both a dynamic and functional approach to training. My aim is to make sessions enjoyable, challenging and engaging. My training experience and knowledge includes weight loss, flexibility, strength training, hypertrophy, bodyweight/gymnastics strength training and sports performance.
